Wadeson Cabin Historic Site
History
This oak log home was built in 1878 by Carl Jensen and his nephew John Bjerkie and was used as a community center by the single men of the time. A short distance to the north stood the Walker flour mill, one of the earliest on the Sheyenne River. The site was donated by Jewell D. and Oscar J. Wadeson.
