On October 13, 1973, the Church of St. Edmund the Martyr was re-dedicated as the Helen Black Miller Memorial Chapel. Through the generosity of William Work Miller, the chapel was established as a memorial to his wife, who devoted her life to the rendition of vocal and instrumental music in Mercer County.
