Upon the disbandment of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5608 on Jan,12 1955, this was presented to American Legion Post 320 in memory of H. R. Sutter, killed in action in Korea, W.F. Funke, J.A. Johnson Sr., and O.R. Ritchey.
