Amsterdam Sloughs Wildlife Area is a 5,052-acre protected tract in Burnett County, Wisconsin, managed by the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources and one of three wildlife areas in the Glacial Lake Grantsburg project. More than half the area consists of barrens and wetlands, with additional habitat in stands of oak, maple, hemlock, and red pine. Swan Lake and its surrounding marshes support fish including musky, northern pike, largemouth bass, and walleye, as well as birds such as black tern, turkey, and shorebirds. Within the property, the Blomberg Lake and Woods State Natural Area protects a 966-acre section centered on 68-acre Blomberg Lake and surrounding rich forest.
