Chequamegon Point is a peninsula in northern Wisconsin that extends into Chequamegon Bay on Lake Superior, within the Town of Sanborn. Long Island carries this reach farther into the bay. Most of the point is owned by the Bad River Band of the Lake Superior Tribe of Chippewa Indians. Its lighthouse highlights the point's importance as a guide at this exposed edge where the bay meets the lake.
