On September 11, 2001, terrorists attacked and destroyed the World Trade Center in New York City. The Borough of Kenilworth shared in this tragedy. Dedicated September 11, 2011, it honors the memory of John J. Tobin, Robert M. Kaulfers, and John G. Ueltzhoeffer, who died in 2001. Through blurred eyes came the strength and courage to soar beyond the moment, while looking to the future knowing the past can never be forgotten, with a final blessing for America.
