Built in 1949, this structure was originally used by Myford Irvine as a garage for his cars. It was remodeled in 1960 as a draftsman's office and underwent several subsequent alterations over the years. Before its most recent remodel, it served as a conference room for the Irvine Ranch's agricultural headquarters and featured four sets of aluminum sliding-glass doors.
