Devil's Head Resort in Merrimac, Wisconsin, near Devil's Lake State Park, is a year-round destination combining skiing, golf, lodging, and convention facilities. In winter it serves as a ski area with mostly south-facing runs overlooking the Wisconsin River, offering terrain from gentle slopes to more challenging runs, along with terrain parks that progress from small rails and boxes to steeper sections with larger jumps. It does not offer glade or backcountry skiing. In warmer months, the resort also features two 18-hole golf courses and mountain biking trails. Its central lodge hotel and six-story high-rise hotel support both recreation and meetings throughout the year.
