Todd Nature Reserve is a 334-acre protected area in western Pennsylvania owned by the Audubon Society of Western Pennsylvania. Established in 1942 through a donation by ornithologist W.E. Clyde Todd, it is the oldest nature reserve in western Pennsylvania and one of the oldest in the state. Todd had made some of his earliest important birding discoveries there in the late nineteenth century. The reserve is especially significant for its birdlife, with more than 180 recorded species and habitat for birds including the pileated woodpecker, scarlet tanager, and Kentucky warbler. It also contains streams, a pond, and about five miles of trails.
