Yachats Ocean Road State Natural Site is a day-use park in Yachats on the central Oregon coast, just south of Newport, beside the Pacific Ocean near the mouth of the Yachats River. Managed by the Oregon Parks and Recreation Department, it is organized around a one-mile loop drive that traces the shoreline and offers views of the surf and chances to observe coastal wildlife. Unlike a remote natural area, it is a small scenic preserve set within the town, bordered by the open ocean on one side and low-intensity urban development on the other.
