Yachats State Recreation Area is an Oregon state park in the town of Yachats on the central Oregon coast, just north of the mouth of the Yachats River on the Pacific shore. Managed by the Oregon Parks and Recreation Department, it is open for day use and centers on the rocky coastline at the heart of town. The area is valued as a scenic coastal stop where visitors come for wildlife and surf viewing, tidepools, fishing, and picnicking, with its setting shaped by both the river mouth and the open ocean.
