The Silveira House is a typical example of a Queen Anne Cottage. It was owned by Joseph and Lucy Silveira. Joseph was a clerk and later worked as a carpenter, and although the architect is unknown, it was possible that Joseph built the house. Renovation was completed in May 1999 by Victoria Peach, Marilen Bancoy, Ray Maglalang, and Edward Tuason, all professional realtors.
