The Wareham Branch S.A.S.A.P. presented this monument to the town of Wareham in honor of its sons who paid the supreme sacrifice in the World War: Walter O. Bennett, Dudley Lester Brown, Harry Clyde Cariepy, Everett Francis Howard, Harry Brown Jones, Everett Wallace Leonard, and Paul Le Baron Marvelle.
