Johnson Covered Bridge No. 28 is a historic wooden covered bridge in Cleveland Township, Columbia County, Pennsylvania, built in 1882 to cross Mugser Run. A 60.8-foot-long Warren Truss span with a metal roof, it reflects the practical design of traditional rural road bridges and the transportation needs of nineteenth-century Pennsylvania. It is one of twenty-eight historic covered bridges in Columbia and Montour Counties, a notable regional concentration that highlights the area’s engineering heritage.
