John Nepote constructed Franklin Community Park Sign with help from Ray Hamblin, Melvin Patrick, and many friends and volunteers. Its historic artifacts, including Angels and Sacred Heart, came from St. Philip Neri Catholic Church, which was located in Franklin from 1915-2004. The Toschi/Pitts Family donated the artifacts, and the work was built in October, 2005.
