Landon E. Weaver grew up in East Freedom, graduated from CHS in 2012, and from the PSP Academy in June of 2016. He was assigned to Troop G Huntingdon and was killed in the line of duty while investigating a PFA violation on Dec. 30, 2016. He was the 97th PSP Trooper to be killed in the line of duty.
