This memorial honors the dead from the community of Beltsville, Maryland, who served in the Armed Forces of the United States of America, and it is dedicated by the Veterans of Foreign Wars of the Beltsville Post 10260 to the memory of Jacob A. Bladt, who made the supreme sacrifice during World War II.
