Putah Creek State Wildlife Area is a 670-acre protected area in Solano County, California, southeast of Lake Berryessa and south of Monticello Dam near the confluence of Putah Creek and Cold Creek. It preserves varied habitat including cottonwood, blue oak, and chaparral. Wildlife found there includes deer, quail, and birds such as the California towhee, Bullock's oriole, and black-headed grosbeak. The area also includes Stebbins Cold Canyon Reserve.
