Eola Hills
Nature
Eola Hills is a range of hills in Oregon’s Willamette Valley, northwest of Salem. Beginning near the community of Eola, the range extends about 10 miles north toward Yamhill County and is separated from the Salem Hills by the Willamette River at Eola. The hills are closely associated with the Eola-Amity Hills wine region, reflecting their importance in the valley’s viticultural landscape. Bethel Heights Vineyard was among the first vineyards planted there, linking the area’s geography to the early development of winegrowing on these hills.
