The A. H. Bulbulian Residence in Rochester, Minnesota, is a single-family house designed by Frank Lloyd Wright and completed in 1947 for Arthur H. Bulbulian, a pioneer in facial prosthetics. Part of Wright’s Usonian period, it reflects his vision of compact, modern homes for American families. The one-story house is notable for a plan organized around a 120-degree angle and for its use of cement brick and cypress, combining masonry and wood in a characteristic design of the era. Restored to near-original condition, it remains an important example of Wright’s mid-20th-century residential architecture and part of a small local group of his designs.
