Built in 1891, this cottage housed the superintendent of the adjacent Greenbrae Brickyard of the Remillard Brick Co. The brickyard was declared a California State Landmark in 1978, and the cottage was renovated in 1985 through the cooperative efforts of the Beryl Buck Trust, Robert H. Lee, the City of Larkspur, and the Remillard Cottage Trust.
