Haviland Crater, also known as Brenham Crater, is a meteorite impact crater in Kansas. This oval depression measures about 50 feet across and is notable for its extremely small size, often being regarded as one of the smallest impact craters in the world. Estimated to be less than 1,000 years old, it is geologically recent. The crater is linked to the Brenham meteorite fall, which has yielded more than 15,000 pounds of pallasite meteorites. Ground-penetrating radar studies at the site reflect ongoing interest in how this small astrobleme formed and what may still lie beneath the surface.
