Baker-Baldwin Cemetery, Monaca's oldest cemetery, was founded in 1808 by Anthony Baker, Monaca's first settler. The first burial took place in 1810, and the last in 1868. It is the burial site for Revolutionary and Civil War veterans. The Baldwin family purchased it in 1901 for a railroad spur, but a court injunction saved it in 1901.
