North Bend Ranger Station is a historic Forest Service complex in the Mount Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest, built largely in the mid-1930s by the Civilian Conservation Corps and operated by the USDA Forest Service. Created by Camp North Bend under Forest Service direction and Army administration, it reflects the agency’s expanding role in managing forest resources during the Depression. Its historic core contains eight contributing buildings in a distinctive Pacific Northwest rustic style, including offices, a warehouse, shops, residences, and storage structures. Added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1991, the complex remains in active use as both a working facility and a preserved example of New Deal-era Forest Service design.
