Donnelly, Jr., Dean Joseph Elichko, Edward J. Gallagher, Jr., Donald Herbster, Joseph P. Minnock, Joseph V. Whelan, Karl D. Hezel, Anthony K. Johnson, and Gilbert A. Secor.
