Originally opened in 1956 as La Fiesta Café, Joseph's Bar & Grill in Santa Rosa, New Mexico, has fed locals and Route 66 tourists through three generations of the Campos family and was recognized by Hampton Hotels' Save-a-Landmark program as a site worth seeing.
