Tory's Falls is a waterfall in Hanging Rock State Park in north-central North Carolina, also known as Tory Falls or Torys Falls. Its name is tied to nearby Tory's Den, a cave associated in local lore with Loyalists during the American Revolution. The falls are open to the public and reached by a moderate three-hundred-yard trail from a parking area along Charlie Young Road. Although the site is accessible, the full height of the waterfall is difficult to view from any one spot, and water flow can at times shrink to little more than a trickle. It is one of several waterfalls within the park.
