The Pittsburg- Clarksville Covered Bridge, also called the Bacon Road Bridge, spans the Connecticut River between Pittsburg and Clarksville in northern New Hampshire. It is significant as the northernmost covered bridge crossing that river. Built in the New England Paddleford truss style with added arches, it reflects a regional tradition of wooden bridge construction. The bridge was rehabilitated in 1974 for $6,700, with costs shared by Pittsburg, Clarksville, and the state, and it was closed to traffic in 1981.
