East Fork High Rock Canyon Wilderness is a federal wilderness area in Nevada managed by the Bureau of Land Management. It covers canyon country on the northeast side of High Rock Canyon. The protected area excludes the four by four trail within High Rock Canyon and the four by four trail leading to the Yellow Hills. It forms part of the larger public-land landscape connected with the Black Rock Desert–High Rock Canyon Emigrant Trails National Conservation Area.
