Built in 1887, this structure first served as the First Congregational Church. After that congregation merged with St. Paul's Evangelical and Reformed Church in 1973, the building was sold to the Richmond Community Theatre, which adapted the interior for use as a theater and carefully restored the exterior. It is a significant example of Gothic Revival architecture and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1975.
