Built on land deeded to Jacob Fierre by his father Phillip Fierre in 1748, this house was constructed of field stone, English brick, handmade nails, lath, and native woods. Restorations were made to preserve the house by Dr. and Mrs. Allen Brackbill from 1950 to 1961.
