The Limestone Hills are a narrow ridge system in northeastern Lincoln County, Nevada, extending about 27 kilometers on a northwest to southeast line while staying only about 3.5 kilometers wide. In a sparsely settled area, they lie beside the north end of the Wilson Creek–White Rock ranges and near the old mining camp of Atlanta. Hamlin Valley separates them from the Nevada–Utah border to the east, while the Snake Range and the edge of White Pine County lie to the north. The nearby Fortification Range helps place the Limestone Hills within the larger pattern of parallel Basin and Range uplifts.
