Downtown Elkmont appears through views of Railroad Street looking south and north toward Upper Fort Hampton Road, along with scenes of McWilliams Store in June 1913, a drugstore interior in the 1940s, Citizens' Bank and a telephone switchboard in the early 1900s, the Elkmont Post Office around 1900 and again in the 1920s, the Elkmont Town Council around 1960, Farmers & Merchants Bank and Carl Robinson's Store in the 1950s, and First National Bank in the 1960s.
