Buffalo Presbyterian Church was organized in 1773. Its first building was erected in 1775, its second in 1816, and its present building in 1846. From 1773 to 1787 it was served by supplies; from 1787 to 1801 by Rev. Hugh Morrison; from 1801 to 1805 by supplies; from 1805 to 1835 by Rev. Chas. Hood; from 1835 to 1884 by Rev. Isaac Grier D.D.; from 1885 to 1890 by Rev. Wm. K. Foster; from 1891 to 1899 by Rev. E.A. Snook; and from 1900 to 1919 by Rev. M.H. Calkins D.D. The church was dissolved on Jan. 27, 1919.
