Built for Maj. Richard P. Larkins and his family, this Colonial Revival house was associated with a commandant of Oak Ridge Military Institute who served there for over 25 years. The house features a triangular pedimented entry with Doric-style columns, a porte-cochere on the left side, and eclectic motifs including decorative trim and an eyebrow dormer window.
