Wilderness Falls is a 250-foot waterfall in Waterfalls Canyon in Grand Teton National Park, Wyoming. It lies on an unnamed intermittent stream that drains a glacial lake and also receives snowmelt from Ranger Peak and Doane Peak. The falls reach their fullest flow during the spring snowmelt. They are visible across Jackson Lake from the Colter Bay Village area, and the same creek drops again less than half a mile downstream at another steep section called Columbine Cascade.
