Whittemore Gulch is a valley in San Mateo County, California, within Purisima Creek Redwoods Open Space Preserve. A small stream runs through the gulch and feeds Purisima Creek. The Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District manages the gulch, and its trail is reserved for non-motorized access on foot because bicycle and equestrian traffic are not allowed.
