Duke Island Park is a three hundred thirty-nine-acre Somerset County park in Bridgewater Township, New Jersey, along the Raritan River. Surrounded on its other three sides by the Raritan Water Power Canal, it has an island-like setting despite its name. Its trails are part of the Raritan River Greenway, connecting the southwestern corner of Bridgewater with central Raritan and Hillsborough Township. The park also serves as a community recreation site, with sports fields, a bandstand for free summer concerts, and a visitor center that houses the park ranger’s office, restrooms, vending machines, and information on county facilities.
