Windham, Connecticut, marked the three hundredth anniversary of its incorporation on May 12, 1692, honoring the citizens of the town, the courage of its founders and early settlers, and the many multicultural ethnic groups whose contributions enhanced, enriched, and advanced Windham’s history and progress.
