A memorial honors veterans, both living and dead, who served in the Armed Forces of the United States. It particularly honors Specialist Four Donald Klinton, who was awarded the Bronze Star with V Device for heroism in 1967 and was killed on March 25, 1968 while serving with the Special Forces in Vietnam.
