Thomas O. Nuckles served as mayor of Marysville, Ohio, from 1982 to 1988. His foresight and industry enabled the city of Marysville and its municipal court to acquire and occupy this facility. It symbolized many accomplishments and tireless effort in public service. A tribute to Mayor Thomas O. Nuckles had resided in the former city hall at 125 E. Sixth Street.
