Old Village Hall in Neosho, Dodge County, Wisconsin, was constructed in phases from 1914 to 1922 with financial support from the community. Built from local hand-cast concrete block, it originally housed village offices, the fire department, jail cells, and a stage, and it also served as a venue for community activities such as plays and dances. After the village hall and fire department relocated, the building was deeded to Neosho Museum Inc. in 1989. The Old Village Hall Museum opened on May 23, 1993, housing artifacts, displays, and research materials from Neosho, the township of Rubicon, and surrounding communities. In 2018, the building was listed in the State and National Register of Historic Places, and its prominent location by the Neosho Mill Pond reflects the area's rich history.
