Santa Rita Peak is a mountain in California’s Diablo Range in San Benito County, just west of the Fresno County line and about 3 miles southeast of San Benito Mountain. Its importance lies in its role as a local source of water, with Cantua Creek beginning on its northern slope and the San Benito River rising on its southeastern slopes.
