Poor’s Brigade was commanded by Brig. Gen. Enoch Poor and included the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd New Hampshire Infantry and the 2nd and 4th New York Infantry, led respectively by Col. Joseph Cilley, Col. Nathan Hale, Col. Alexander Scammell, Col. Philip Cortlandt, and Col. Henry Livingston.
