Hoffman Bridge is a ninety-foot covered bridge that carries Hungry Hill Drive over Crabtree Creek about one mile northeast of Crabtree, Oregon, in a rural setting closely connected to the nearby community. Built in 1936, it was named for its builder, Lee Hoffman. The creek and community derive their name from John Crabtree, who settled there in 1845. The bridge gained formal historic recognition in 1987, when it was added to the National Register of Historic Places as the Crabtree Creek–Hoffman Covered Bridge.
