Raven Cliffs Wilderness is a protected mountain landscape in northern Georgia within the Chattahoochee National Forest. Established in 1986, it encompasses 9,115 acres in the National Wilderness Preservation System and is managed by the United States Forest Service. Its terrain ranges from about 1,800 feet at Boggs Creek to 3,846 feet on Levelland Mountain, creating a varied highland environment. Although the forest was heavily logged in the early to mid-1900s, it has regenerated into dense hardwood woods with scattered pines, many more than 60 years old. Trout streams, abundant wildlife, Raven Cliff Falls, and the Raven Cliffs Scenic Area make it a notable natural destination in this part of Georgia.
