Hampton Beach State Park is a 50-acre public recreation area in Hampton Beach, New Hampshire, on a peninsula where the Hampton River meets the Atlantic Ocean. Bordered on the west by Ocean Boulevard, also signed as New Hampshire Route 1A, it is centered on a broad ocean beach and supports both day use and extended stays. The park includes lifeguards, a playground, an amphitheater, public information services, restrooms, a pavilion, a comfort station, first aid, and an RV campground with full hook-ups. Swimming, fishing, picnicking, and camping are major activities in one of New Hampshire’s leading public beach settings.
