This 1924 Beau Art/classical style building was the second Masonic building on this site in Ukiah, after the original 1872 wooden hall burned in 1923. No expense was spared to make the lodge the showcase of Ukiah, with a blue Chinese tapestry, blue velvet draperies, and a $2500 pipe organ. Its membership list was a who's-who of the community.
