Narrated · Plays hands-free in Travel Mode
A bell was placed on a water tower during the 1930s and was used as an alarm for fires, for curfew in the 1950s, and to announce the end of World War II. In February 1998, the tower was dismantled, and it was moved to its present site in April 2000.
