Santee Cemetery, owned and maintained by First Baptist Church in Elloree, South Carolina, has had perpetual care since September 18, 1972. It is the original site of Santee Baptist Church, which was organized on April 19, 1827, with 66 members. The congregation built a new church in Elloree in 1887, and its name was changed from Santee Baptist Church to First Baptist Church of Elloree in 1954.
